The Great Bay Volleyball Team completed two matches on 9/21 and 9/23, Vs University of Maine at Machias and Paul Smith's College of New York; the Great Bay Herons continued to clench their undefeated record moving to 3-0. This is the best start to the volleyball season the program here at Great Bay has seen since its historical start in 2015. The team is composed of several exceptional athletes this year as the dynamic of the team has enhanced each game.  Great Bay faced UMM on Friday and won 3-0. The team during this match had a total of 33 kills, 10 service aces, and 51 digs. Great Bay played Paul Smith's College the following Sunday and won 3-1. The team had 32 kills, 23 service aces, and 57 digs. The team continues to play consistently covering all areas of game strategically and aggressively. However, the Lady Herons faced our first challenge as a team as we were down two of our typical starters, but other members of the team stepped up and were able to assist the team in clenching the undefeated title of 3-0 thus far.
