The Herons Track & Field team traveled down to American International College for the USCAA and YSCC Championships this past weekend.  Competing for the Herons was Val Connolly, Olivia Delay and Ahmed Nada.  Val and Olivia posted season best times/distances.  Ahmed got off to a slow start in the 100 bust still finished strong, just missing the Finals.
