The Herons Volleyball someback fell just short as they fell to the Lynx from NHTI in the YSCC Conference Semi-finals on Sunday, October 17th. The Herons dug themselves into a hole early dropping the first two games to NHTI. The team fought back to event the series at 2 games a piece. The final game, which is played to 15 was tied at 14 before the Lynx snuck away with the last two points, winning 16-14.
While the outcome wasn't want the team wanted, they did not leave empty handed as Kayleigh MacDougall was named to the YSCC All Conference team for the 2nd time in her career at GBCC.
